SPOILER(kinda)
Paul in San Francisco: Any news on the Office finale?
I'm hearing you Jam fans will be pleased! Yayaaay! (Pam's gotta keep him away from that Renée Zellweger, who our man's been seen with, right? Tee-hee. Just kidding, R.Z. But seriously, hands of MFH.)

An interview with Rob Thomas

No not Rob Thomas from Matchbox 20! Rob Thomas is the creator of Veronica Mars. He recently had a chat with Kristin from the E network to set the record straight about the rumors going around about our VM!

From E!ONLINE:
Welcome, Rob Thomas! So glad you could be here.
Glad to do it!

Okay, first things first, what are you hoping to do with season four of Veronica Mars?I'd like to take Veronica right back to where we left her at the end of season three. We're pleased with the way season three ends. We really made an effort to set up great season-four storylines, and we did not give the network an easy way out in terms of ending season three with a bow—with a "there it is."

I smell a cliffhanger.
Yeah, we left the Mars family in some predicaments. We're hopeful that we get to come back and play those out.

What can you tell us about the episodes coming up? There are five left, correct?Correct. Paul Rudd is in the second, and he plays sort of a decrepit, aging rock star who was in a hot band 10 years ago and now has trotted out to tour college campuses just to earn enough money to survive. Piz is the person assigned to guide him through his trip to Hearst College.

What else?

We also have an episode about a guy who writes a book about his experience of being a child soldier in Uganda, and I wrote the episode largely because Ryan Hansen (Dick Casablancas) has been very involved in this Invisible Children cause. He first gave me information about it, and then Kristen Bell became very involved in it, yet it turns out to be almost exactly like the Oprah Book Club book about this child soldier. Then in the finale, we have the election for sheriff coming up, and Veronica and Keith, they both struggle at the end of the year. There's a bit of a return to the social status they had in season one, by the end of the year, that I think we get to in a really interesting way.

Now, we have some fan questions, if you don't mind tackling them. Ivan Jukica wants to know: Is it true that you are planning this as Logan's last—meaning if there were a season four that Jason Dohring would not be back?I'd like everyone to be back. Certain people we have in one-year deals, which I think is sort of widely known, because you've seen them cast in other shows. So, there are actors if you pay attention to, you know we aren't necessarily going to get back or get back in lesser parts, but I love Jason Dohring. My first choice would be to have him back for every episode next year.

Is he under contract for next year?
Oh, yes. Oh, yes, he is.

Interesting...

And the finale is named "The Bitch Is Back." We've taken some criticism for making Veronica too mean this year. People have found her mean at times. I am sort of a fan of her prickliness, and so "The Bitch Is Back" is our comment on "Oh, you thought she was mean? Here is what Veronica looks like when she is mean."

Sara Pryor: Are Piz and Veronica actually going to get together? Because that would be soooo adorable.I don't know how much I want to spoil on that, but they certainly have a journey and I can safely say that yeah, they develop a romantic relationship in these last five episodes.

Jennifer Humphrey: If the CW does not pick up Veronica Mars for another season, would you pitch the new format to a different network? That sort of thing rarely happens...I don't think it's likely. I think it could have been a possibility going in another direction—say we were on ABC and only had 5 million fans, and we were the exact CW demo target. Possibly it could have worked in reverse, but I don't think there is much hope going the opposite direction.

But it seems like you would seriously consider a movie?I still have story left to tell, and I'm thinking about a movie. We've got 3 million devoted fans, that's a $30 million movie if we just get our fans, and we can shoot a Veronica Mars movie for $15 million. So, yeah, I'll pitch that.

I'm sure if you started an online campaign you could get $15 million, no problem. I think I would personally pitch in and all the fans would pitch in. You can hold me to that.Yeah, fan-financed movie—that would be an original one!

Anything you want to say to the fans before we head out? We're still alive, we're still kicking. Certainly, the decision about Veronica Mars will be made in the next two or three weeks, so if you have a desire to send postcards or fly banners above CW headquarters, now is the time

Kristin OFFICE Spoilers....

So I take her with a grain of salt but here are some OFFICE spoilers via Kristin from Eonline.
Spoilers from Watch with Kristin

Ginny in Texas: Any hope for Jam? I want them to be together right now!Well, the good news is that I'm hearing Karen will not be in The Office full-time next year (there are whisperings she might be sent to corporate—hurrah!), so all the Scranton stars seem to be aligning for a Jam make-out session. And if you've seen Blades of Glory you know just how hot that second kiss might be. (God bless Jenna Fischer and her slobbery tongue! Funniest part of the flick, if you ask me.)

Christa in Laguna Niguel, California: Any news with The Office? I'm newly hooked!I spoke to Oscar Nuñez at this weekend GLAAD Awards, where the show was nominated for the "Gay Witch Hunt" episode, and he tells me that his character's gay relationship won't be seen again this season. "Maybe next season. For this one I think we're kind of done." As for the rest of the gang? "There'll be some movement of personnel." Like, Karen to corporate? (Yes, I'm going crazy with anticipation of what may be!)

Some Jam Spoilers/Speculation!

From E! Online Kristin's scoop

Helena in Boston: I need a Jam session!

Don’t we all? My toast is so dry and barren without Jam! But I’m 99 percent sure we get some lip-smacking Jam deliciousness by the end of the current Office season. I’m hearing that Pam continues on her path of asking for what she wants: First, the light beer, and now, the Big Tuna. Meanwhile, Karen might be headed for—drum roll, please—the Dunder-Mifflin corporate office! Or, at least, that’s the way it looks from here. So, pray to the Jam gods (Smucker’s?) that it’s true.

Everlee in London, England: Michael and Jan have become my favorite part of The Office! Any scoop you can give us on what’s coming up with them?

Melora Hardin, who plays Jan, recently told me, “[Jan] is getting wilder. She is a little kinky—I have to say, I think Jan is one of the most exciting, multidimensional characters on television.”

Jesus totally wanted this to happen

You know Jesus was totally rooting for this show to get cancelled. He/she was probably sick of the cheesy ass shiat that went on with that show.

E!Kristin:
Folks, I just heard that after an astonishing 11 seasons, the Camdens are leaving us: 7th Heaven has been canceled by the CW.

No official comment yet, but I'm told that the producers, cast and crew were informed by the network today. It's a done deal.

It was 7th Heaven that first introduced us to stars like Jessica Biel and What About Brian's Barry Watson, and the family-friendly show was by far the biggest ratings getter on the late, great WB network.

Reverend Camden, Lucy, our televisions won't the same without you—but Happy the dog, I think I'll miss you most of all!

-------------------------------------------

Whatever I really hope Kristin is being a fake ass saying that our TVs wont be the same without them you know she was right there with Jesus wanting that show to get canceled.

I love her

There is nothing I love more than when celebrities take the time to connect with their fans. Fans are the reason they are famous to begin with so I think its great when celebrities recognize that. That is part of the reason I love Kevin Smith so much, he has never forgotten where he came from and is constantly doing things to connect with fans. I give you Jenna Fischer's MYSPACE BLOG:

Wow! What makeup and hair will do for a woman I tell ya.

Newpeats with a side of JAM

Hello MySpacers!

It was very cool meeting so many of you at the Paley Festival. Your enthusiasm and commitment to our show is just so damn cool. It made me wish I could blog more often. I've honestly never been so busy. Finishing this season of The Office while also prepping for my movie Walk Hard and promoting Blades of Glory has been a crazy sort of marathon. I'm not even watching American Idol this season!!! No time. I started watching but truthfully, the contestants are pretty bland. I lost interest. And with time being a precious thing I've had to limit my TV hours to the best of the best – Rome, 30 Rock, 24. *Lost!, and To Catch a Predator. But I BEG YOU! Do not comment me any plot points. I often don't see episodes until weeks later. AND, don't put fake spoilers either…those are actually spoilers…like, don't say "Aren't you sad Jack Bauer lost his arms and legs…just kidding." If this happens, my only defense is to not read my comments until I'm caught up on my TV and that is…well, that's crazy.

Shooting the show has been amazing lately. I wish I could tell you all of the great episodes we have in store. Harold Ramis came back and directed our 50th episode. Can you believe it!? We've made 50 episodes! Tonight they are airing a "Newpeat". Basically, it is a repeat but with some added scenes. For example, I think you find out what happened to Andy after he punched the wall. And there is an extra JAM bit as well.

We are back with original episodes starting April 5th. You can finally see if Roy makes good on his pledge "I'm going to kill Jim Halpert". Right now we are filming the season finale. Ken Kwapis, our original director of the series is back. If you didn't know…it will be a one hour show. We cover a lot of ground. A lot of very awesome ground.

Last week, I saw an advanced screening of Blades of Glory and it's great. The skating sequences with Will Ferrell and Jon Heder are AMAZING. I actually can't wait to see the movie again just so I can see those. I think you will be surprised to know how much of the skating was done by the actual actors. Jon learned how to do a jump, a spin and a bunch of fancy footwork both forward and backwards. People in dramas get a lot of credit for gaining weight for a role or learning some obscure skill. But the actors in this movie were crazy dedicated to skating. They trained for months. Jon broke his ankle at the beginning of training but he healed and still came back to be the best skater of the bunch. I was seriously impressed. The movie comes out Friday March 30th.

Personally I've been doing a little spring cleaning. My family is to visit next week and the week after that my in-laws hit town. Before each visit, I frantically clean the house and pretend like it always looks that way. Also, I've been collecting some great swag with you guys in mind. My closet is literally bursting. It is almost time to do another Share the Wealth. I need the space. So be on the lookout.

You Wish Homewrecker! Karen Edition

------------------------------------------------------

From E! Watch with Kristin:

Laura in Ashville, North Carolina:

Kristin, any word at all on Jim and Pam?

There are big, big happenings in the last two episodes. That's what I've been told, but apparently Rashida Jones is still in the dark. Here's what she said when I asked her about the big Jam versus Karen Smackdown: K.V.: Obviously fans have been waiting for a very long time for Pam and Jim to get together, but then Karen came in, and we like Karen, too. This is hard for us.R.J.: I know. It's very hard, but it reflects real life, because if I came in and was just a terrible bitch it would be so boring because you would know exactly what you wanted and a lot of times there are good and bad for both sides. It's to make you feel a little confused as to what you want. K.V.: Do you know what's going to happen with the love triangle?R.J.: I honestly don't know. They don't really tell us...they don't really trust us.
-------------------------------------------------------

Haha

Kristin is a suck up we all know she doesn't like her either!

Rashida Jones SOOO wishes viewers were conflicted as to who they want Jim to end up with! Savor your days hot stuff because your days are numbered.

Love,

Your biggest fan
